Well. Would you look at that! 2073 Cases in Ontario today. Brings tears to my eyes and a big, joyful lump in my throat. So proud of all of you at this moment.
Click Here: https://covid-19canada.com/graphs and look at new cases by date for Ontario. See that blue line plummet!! Seven day rolling average is 3016. April 24 4370 April 25 4094 April 26 4050 May 1 3722 May 2 3618 May 7 3368 May 9 3193 May 11 3016 51 % vaccinated in Ontario, 18 M doses administered in Canada, 121,000 in WDG ( 45 %). Hard to keep up with the good news, isn't it!! That's the amazing result of a good Public Health System giving us good advice; no, lifesaving advice, a public that follows them AND......vaccines. On top of it all, my son Sam gets his first jab on Friday. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I will write another post tonight that reviews the mix and match studies out of the UK that are showing that mixing and matching vaccines may not only be effective but more effective giving us the opportunity to safely vaccinate everyone. There is not a short supply of the AZ vaccine. The switch in recommendations, when that happens, will come as a result of science, not some deceitful attempt by the government to hide the fact that the AZ vaccine is in short supply. It is not. They are working like gangbusters ( very old term that is dating me) to keep you safe, follow the science and to get vaccines into arms!!! Thank you science advisory tables. Thank you Ontario COVID-19 Distribution Task Force. Thank you ICU workers, COVID testing centre workers and COVID vaccine clinic workers. Stay strong. This storm WILL END! Anne-Marie Please share.
